I cannot find somewhere the old-style "Elemental traits". For example is a mini with the keyword Elemental immune to poison damage ?

i think that the "traits" have all disapeard from 1.0 to 2.0, so if a mini doesnt specify immune poison, its not immune poison

correct, creature type is just a keyword, nothing more.
